What causes this issue?

Task &V1& has task category &V3&. The hierarchy contains a task (in this
case, task &V2&) that has task category &V4&. This task is in an invalid
position.
The order of certain tasks in the task hierarchy depends on the
following factors:
A <ZH>manual posting</> task may follow currency translation only if the
entry posts in group currency. If it simultaneously posts in local
currency, the task must be positioned in the task sequence prior to the
validation of standardized financial data.
Tasks for <DS:GLOS.1DF24F84C681D511B1250008C784EFB1>reclassification</>
or <DS:GLOS.352A8D0E61025CD5E10000009B38F974>allocation</> may follow
currency translation only if they post in group currency. Such tasks may
follow a task for validating standardized financial data only if the
document type of the task has a posting level greater or equal to 20.
The position of <DS:GLOS.352A9CDED3895CD5E10000009B38F974>validation</>
tasks depends on the "values" attribute (from the task definition):
Validation of reported financial data must follow the data collection
task.
Validation of standardized financial data must precede tasks that post
with posting levels greater or equal to 20.
Validation of consolidated data must be at the end of the consolidation
process.
