What causes this issue?

No task hierarchy exists in the system at the present time.
Therefore, it is not possible to start the consolidation monitor or to
execute tasks with the active status management.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a task hierarchy in the customizing settings for consolidation (
<ZK>Workbench -> Process View -> Consolidation Monitor -> Task</>).
