What causes this issue?

You have assigned the special hierarchy version &V1& to multiple
restatement characteristic values. However, the explicit assignment of
special hierarchy versions to restatement characteristic values must be
unique.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When assigning special hierarchy version &V1&, select exactly <ZH>one</>
restatement characteristic value.
