What causes this issue?

You did not specify a starting year for
<DS:GLOS.B9BAA21E2A2FD511AE730800062AFB0F>multiperiod consolidation</>
in Customizing for version combination &V1&. This is invalid.
&NOTE&:
A blank starting year in multiperiod consolidation is valid only if the
consolidation cycle contains values for delta year 0 only. However, this
is currently not the case.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Specify a starting year for multiperiod consolidation for version
