What causes this issue?

You set the indicator for
<DS:GLOS.3528EC17E8AA5570E10000009B38F983>first consolidation</>
at the beginning of the period
for consolidation unit combination &V1&. In that case, you also have to
enter the year and period for the first consolidation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
