What causes this issue?

While adding a new entry, you specified a key that already exists.
For inventory data, the key consists of the consolidation units, the
product group, the inventory item, and other elements.
For supplier data, the key consists of the effective year and period,
the consolidation units, the product group, and other elements.

System Response

The entry cannot be added.

How to fix this error?

Use a different key, or remove the entry by choosing <ZK>Cancel</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
