What causes this issue?

The <DS:DE.UC_BREAKDOWN>breakdown type</> for &V1& of item &V2& is 4.
Consequently, the default value is not permitted. However, value &V3& is
entered in the header of the data entry layout for &V1&. This is the
default value.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different value in the header of the data entry layout or
choose a different item.
