What causes this issue?

The value for &V1& is fixed in the <DS:DE.UC_ITGRPFIX>breakdown category
</> of item &V2&. A value for &V1& is also specified in the header of
the data entry layout, but it differs from the fixed value in the
breakdown category.

System Response

It is not possible to insert a new row.

How to fix this error?

Change the value for &V1& in the header of the data entry layout, or
choose a different item.
