What causes this issue?

The breakdown category of item &V2& has a required breakdown for
subassignment &V3&. It also forces the value entry and does not permit
the default value.
The default value is &V4&. However, the default value &V4& is
prescribed for &V3& in the definition of the data entry layout.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the definition of the data entry layout and change it if
necessary.
