What causes this issue?

In the case of characteristics for which there is no input help, you can
only use the selection option SIGN "I" or the options "EQUAL" and
"BETWEEN".

System Response

The data entry layout cannot be saved.

How to fix this error?

Change the selection condition for the characteristic. Only use "EQUAL"
or "FROM"-"TO".

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
