What causes this issue?

The consolidation function 'Elimination of IU Profit/Loss in Transferred
Assets' (IPA) attempted to prepare to execute a possible legacy data
transfer. The period specified in Customizing for legacy data transfer
is either incorrect or not suitable.
The following parameters should be used for the legacy data transfer.
- Fiscal year variant - &v2&
- Fiscal year - &v3&
- Period - &v4&

System Response

The functions for legacy data transfer were deactivated for this
execution.

How to fix this error?

See SAP Note 1263698. Check the settings for legacy data transfer in
method CL_UC_TASK_EXECUTION=>IPA_LDT_SETUP. Ensure that the period set
for legacy data transfer is compatible with the fiscal year variant of
your consolidation area &v1&.
