How to fix this error?

When dealing with <LS>held documents</> and <LS>sample documents</>:
Review the informational and warning messages, and adjust the document
(if applicable).
When dealing with <LS>documents requiring approval</>:
If you are an approval agent for the document, take note of the
informational and warning messages. If applicable, reject the document
to have it sent back to the document creator for correction.
If you created the document, take note of the informational and warning
messages, and correct the document (as necessary).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
