What causes this issue?

A workflow variant is assigned to document type &V1&. Hence, the
document needs to go through an approval process, which can triggered
only through manual posting. You cannot use flexible upload to post this
document.

System Response

Documents with document type &V1& cannot be posted with flexible
uploads.

How to fix this error?

Either use manual posting to post this document, or select a document
type that does not have a workflow variant.
