What causes this issue?

You have entered a goodwill entry for activity &V1& and selected the
<LS>Goodwill Separate from Investment</> indicator for the entry.
However, you can only enter a goodwill entry that is to be separated
from the investment for the activity <LS>Capitalization of Manual
Goodwill</>.

System Response

The system terminates processing.

Enter the goodwill entry for the <LS>Capitalization of Manual Goodwill
</>activity.
