What causes this issue?

A serious error has occurred during transfer of cost events to the
billing system (Business Add-In: UBC_CE_TRANSFER).

System Response

Further processing is terminated. This does not affect cost events that
have already been successfully transferred to the billing system.

How to fix this error?

Check the implementation of the BAdI. If you use the standard SAP
implementation (UBC_CE_TRANSFER_SB), inform SAP.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
