What causes this issue?

Internal error:
There are no entries in the system table EMRCLASS=
<DS:TRAN.E_JBP_SYST>representative meter reading results</> for
<DS:DE.BP>AbrPeriode</>billing period</> &V1&.
The error occurs in routine WKEY_SET.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact SAP to determine:
Whether system table EMRCLASS has to be enhanced
Whether the program has to be adjusted
Note:
If meter reading document &V3& is already saved to the database (EABL),
check if you really need the meter reading. Delete if necessary.
If meter reading result &V3& is not saved to the database (EABL), the
meter reading still has to be entered. Check if it is really required.
Delete all meter readings that are not required for this day.
