Message type: E = Error
Message class: U6 - Message Class for BRE
Message number: 075
Message text: Calculated to-time &1 &2 does not exceed the safety limit
The current time stamp, minus the safety margin
<DS:DE.DIFFBRE>Int.Ext.Gn</> that you created in the <ZH>backlog set
definition</> table produces the time: (Date &V1&, Time &V2&).
This point in time, however, is before the previous evaluation
( Date &V3& , time &V4& ).
In this case, the system evaluates the period
( previous evaluation - today ) = ( &V3& &V4& - today )
Caution
There is no guarantee that all logs in this period are evaluated since
some mass runs that produce these logs <ZH>could</> still be running.
You <ZH>may</> have to start extra extract generation runs for the same
period in order to include missing extracts in the error extract table
(INSTSET).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
SAP recommends that you wait a few days between two runs. This ensures
that all logs to be evaluated are up-to-date and completed. You can also
avoid having to repeat runs, and the danger of some incorrect
installations not being included in the error extract table (INSTSET).

U6075
- Calculated to-time &1 &2 does not exceed the safety limit ?The SAP error message U6075, which states "Calculated to-time &1 &2 does not exceed the safety limit," typically occurs in the context of production planning or scheduling within SAP. This error indicates that the calculated end time for a production order or operation does not meet the required safety limits set in the system.
Cause:
- Safety Time Configuration: The safety time limits are configured in the system to ensure that production processes have enough buffer time to accommodate delays or unforeseen issues. If the calculated end time of a task or operation does not exceed this safety limit, the system raises this error.
- Incorrect Time Estimates: The time estimates for operations may be incorrectly defined, leading to a situation where the calculated end time is too close to the start time.
- Scheduling Parameters: The scheduling parameters for the production order may not be set correctly, leading to unrealistic time calculations.
Solution:
- Review Safety Time Settings: Check the safety time settings in the configuration. You may need to adjust the safety time limits to allow for more flexibility in scheduling.
- Adjust Time Estimates: Review and adjust the time estimates for the operations involved in the production order. Ensure that they are realistic and account for potential delays.
- Recalculate Scheduling: After making adjustments, recalculate the scheduling for the production order. This can often be done through the production order transaction (e.g., CO02) by selecting the "Reschedule" option.
- Check Production Order Parameters: Ensure that the production order parameters are set correctly, including lead times, processing times, and any other relevant scheduling parameters.
- Consult Documentation: If the issue persists, consult SAP documentation or reach out to your SAP support team for further assistance.
