What causes this issue?

You entered a to-date (date &V1&, time &V2&) for extract generation that
comes <ZH>before</> the end of the last extract generation run (date
&V3&, time &V4&).
Start the program with this selection criteria only if you want to
include entries that are still missing from the error extract table
(INSTSET).
If you have followed the recommendations for using this program, you
should not have to start this run.
If you do start the program with this selection criteria, the log number
used for the last extract generation only changes if it was the very
first extract generation run and there are no entries in the ISU_BALHDR
table that contain the last processed log number.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
