What causes this issue?

There is an upper limit for the number of error extracts that can be
displayed for each agent. To see all extracts allocated to an agent,
call the program up again. Completed entries are deleted from the list.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
