What causes this issue?

The <ZH>HCM_LOC_CI_94</> business function is not activated in your
system. The activation of this business function is a prerequisite for
having the new feature of generating W-2 and W-2c online forms for all
employees.

System Response

The system does not activate the business function when it is off.

How to fix this error?

Activate the business function .

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To activate, follow the steps below:
Call transaction <LS>SFW5.</>
Under <LS>Enterprise Business Functions a</>ctivate the
<ZH>HCM_LOC_CI_94</> business function.
NOTE: You must also have the business function <ZH>HCM_LOC_CI_29</>
activated in your system.
