The employee has not registered an election, and neither <ZK>Force
Online</>, <ZK>Default Online</> (value 2) or <ZK>Default Both</> (value
3) are active in HR Feature
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECI549B_UTRELAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>UTREL</>.
The employee is not <ZK>active</> (terminated, withdrawn, etc) at the
current date.
The employee was rejected by customer-specific rules implemented via
BAdI <DS:SIMG.BADI_PRINT_W2_CHECK>BADI_PRINT_W2_CHECK</>.
