The Online &V1& form was not generated, in accordance to the system
configuration and employee data.

What causes this issue?

The Online &V1& form was not generated because of one of the reasons
below:
The employee elected to receive a paper copy, and the <ZK>Force Online
</> option is not active in HR Feature
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECI549B_UTRELAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>UTREL</>.
The employee has not registered an election, and neither <ZK>Force
Online</>, <ZK>Default Online</> (value 2) or <ZK>Default Both</> (value
3) are active in HR Feature
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECI549B_UTRELAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>UTREL</>.
The employee is not <ZK>active</> (terminated, withdrawn, etc) at the
current date.
The employee was rejected by customer-specific rules implemented via
BAdI <DS:SIMG.BADI_PRINT_W2_CHECK>BADI_PRINT_W2_CHECK</>.

How to fix this error?

Check the detailed reason for not generating this Online &V1& form in
the Tax Reporter Log Manager, under <ZK>UTREL Configuration Log
</>, for the latest run with Form Number &V2& and Control Number &V3&.
