What causes this issue?

You have selected both the <zh>Reprint</> option for W-2 employee
copies and the <zh>Magnetic tape</> checkbox for form output.

System Response

You cannot reprint employee copies while creating magnetic tape files.

How to fix this error?

If a magnetic tape file has already been created, then deselect
<zh>Magnetic tape</> and select <zh>Reprint</> to reprint W-2 employee
copies.
If a magnetic tape file has not been created yet, then deselect
<zh>Reprint</> and select <zh>Magnetic tape</> to generate the form.
