    What causes this issue?

    The file could not be opened on the application server.
    This could have one of the following reasons:
    The file directory is not located on the application server.
    The file directory (path name) is invalid.
    The specified file is not found (read access).
    The specified file cannot be created (write access).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the following:
    Whether the file directories have been created on the application
    server. The directory set determines the file directories.
    Whether the directory set is valid. The directory set determines the
    file directories.
    Whether the file name is compliant with the naming conventions of the
    operating system on the application server (UNIX, Windows NT, AS/400).
