What causes this issue?

You have not entered a date for the end of the meter reading period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Note the following:
A dataset must exist with meter reading reason 01 (periodic reading).
This dataset must have the same date for the end of the meter reading
period as the end of the billing period of the corresponding portion.
