What causes this issue?
The budget billing plan can only be adjusted once on the adjustment
date. You have attempted to adjust the budget billing plan a second
time. The adjustment date is stored in the header data of the budget
billing plan.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Change the adjustment date of the report.
