What causes this issue?

It is not possible to use the correction <LS>Use the working day
following the holiday</> because this would mean that the scheduled
reading date of the schedule record is after the end of the billing
period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
