What causes this issue?

The table of test procedures to be run contains no executable
procedures.

System Response

The system could not assign a process number and, as a result, logged
data could not be saved. A log was not generated.

How to fix this error?

Enter at least one executable test procedure in the execution table
(table parameter name KEYTAB), and restart the test.
