What causes this issue?

Entries from the TODIR table, for example, that contain the complete
delivery history of all releases up until the current release, are used
to define the amount generated after an SAP System upgrade.
The system found no data belonging to previous upgrades: the TODIR
table contained no corresponding entries.

The system allows you to carry out a new selection for the object set.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If the TODIR table contains no corresponding entries, call transaction
SGEN and choose <ZK>Generate All Objects of Selected Software
Components</> on the initial screen instead of <ZK>Regenerate After an
SAP System Upgrade</>. Select the software components and application
server for a second time.
