SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: TR_AUSL - Software Delivery Composer Messages

  • Message number: 572

  • Message text: Table contents (client-specific, del. class &2): import in all clients

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The current delivery request &V1& contains entries from client-specific
tables with the delivery class &V2&. The import behavior of tables with
this delivery class may differ from the required import behavior.
The relevant table entries would be imported into all existing clients
(in accordance with the delivery class). If corresponding table entries
exist there already, they would be overwritten.

    System Response

The system displays the relevant entries in the results overview in the
    object list check.

    How to fix this error?

Check whether the entries are delivery-relevant and remove any entries
that you do not want to deliver. If the data is delivery-relevant, check
whether you can use Business Configuration Sets (BC Sets) to deliver the
client-specific table entries. For more information on BC Sets, call
    transaction SCPR3 and choose <LS>Help -> Application Help</>.
If you have any problems with BC Sets, create a customer message under
    the component BC-CUS-TOL.
If the delivery class of your table does not support BC Sets, you can
leave the table contents in the delivery. You must, however, inform your
customers of the import behavior and any extra actions that are
    required.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Smart SAP Assistant

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message TR_AUSL572 - Table contents (client-specific, del. class &2): import in all clients ?

The SAP error message TR_AUSL572 typically indicates an issue related to the transport of table contents that are client-specific and have a delivery class that requires them to be imported into all clients. This error can occur during the transport process when trying to import data that is not allowed to be imported into the target client due to its configuration.

    Cause:

    1. Delivery Class: The delivery class of the table is set in such a way that it requires the data to be imported into all clients. This is often the case for tables that hold configuration data or other critical information that should be consistent across all clients.
    2. Client-Specific Data: The data being transported is client-specific, meaning it is intended for a specific client rather than being global across all clients.
    3. Transport Request Issues: There may be issues with the transport request itself, such as it being incorrectly configured or containing data that is not compatible with the target client.

    Solution:

    1. Check Delivery Class: Review the delivery class of the table in question. If it is set to a class that requires import into all clients (e.g., class 'C' or 'A'), ensure that the transport request is being imported into the correct client.
    2. Adjust Transport Request: If the data should not be imported into all clients, consider adjusting the transport request to exclude client-specific data or change the delivery class of the table if appropriate.
    3. Import into Correct Client: Ensure that you are importing the transport request into the correct client. If the data is meant for a specific client, you may need to create a new transport request that is appropriate for that client.
    4. Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or consult with your SAP Basis team for specific guidelines on handling transport requests and client-specific data.
    5. Use Transaction SE09/SE10: Use transaction codes SE09 or SE10 to manage transport requests and check for any inconsistencies or issues with the transport.

    Related Information:

    • Transport Management System (TMS): Understanding how TMS works in SAP can help in managing transport requests effectively.
    • Client Management: Familiarize yourself with how client-specific data is handled in SAP, including the implications of delivery classes.
    • SAP Notes: Check for any relevant SAP Notes that may address specific issues related to transport errors and provide additional guidance or patches.

If the problem persists after following these steps, it may be beneficial to engage with SAP support or your internal SAP team for further assistance.
