SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: TR_AUSL - Software Delivery Composer Messages

  • Message number: 570

  • Message text: Table contents (client-specific, del.class &2): import in client 000 only

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The current delivery request &V1& contains entries from client-specific
tables with the delivery class &V2&.
The import behavior of tables with this delivery class may differ from
the required import behavior. The relevant table entries would only be
imported into client 000 (in accordance with the delivery class). If
corresponding table entries exist there already, they would be
    overwritten.

    System Response

The system displays the relevant entries in the results overview in the
    object list check.

    How to fix this error?

Check whether the entries are delivery-relevant and remove any entries
that you do not want to deliver.
If the data is delivery-relevant, check whether you can use Business
Configuration Sets (BC Sets) to deliver the client-specific table
entries. For more information on BC Sets, call transaction SCPR3 and
choose <LS>Help -> Application Help</>. If you have any problems with BC
Sets, create a customer message under the component BC-CUS-TOL.
If the delivery class of your table does not support BC Sets, you can
leave the table contents in the delivery. You must, however, inform your
customers of the import behavior and any extra actions that are
    required.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Smart SAP Assistant

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message TR_AUSL570 - Table contents (client-specific, del.class &2): import in client 000 only ?

The SAP error message TR_AUSL570 indicates that there is an issue with importing table contents that are client-specific. The message specifically states that the import can only be performed in client 000. This typically occurs when you are trying to import data or transport objects that are meant for a specific client into a different client.

    Cause:

    1. Client-Specific Data: The data you are trying to import is client-specific, meaning it is designed to be used only in the client 000 (the default client in SAP).
    2. Transport Request: The transport request you are using may contain objects or data that are not allowed to be imported into the current client.
    3. Incorrect Client: You may be logged into a client other than 000 while trying to perform the import.

    Solution:

    1. Import in Client 000: If the data is meant for client 000, you need to log into client 000 and perform the import there.
    2. Check Transport Request: Review the transport request to ensure that it contains only the objects that are appropriate for the target client. If it contains client-specific data, it should be imported into client 000.
    3. Adjust Transport Settings: If you need to import client-specific data into a different client, you may need to adjust the transport settings or create a new transport request that is appropriate for the target client.
    4. Use Client Copy: If you need the data in another client, consider using a client copy instead of a transport request, as this method is designed to replicate client-specific data across clients.

    Related Information:

    • Client Concept in SAP: SAP uses a multi-client architecture, where client-specific data is isolated to ensure that different clients can operate independently.
    • Transport Management System (TMS): Understanding how the TMS works can help in managing transports and ensuring that client-specific data is handled correctly.
    • SAP Notes: Check SAP Notes for any specific guidance or updates related to this error message, as there may be patches or additional information provided by SAP.

If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out to your SAP Basis team or consulting SAP support for further assistance.
