development class or namespace definitions are also to be included in
the delivery. You must check this manually if you do not use reference
lists.
If the current delivery request only contains part of the current
software component version, then you should specify a reference list so
that the system can determine which package/development class or
namespace definitions are also required in the delivery. This applies to
change piece lists (AOU), Support Packages (AOP/CSP), and Conflict
Resolution Transports (CRT).
