What causes this issue?

The entry has been marked for correction. The correction itself, namely
the action <ZH>&V1&</>, will not be performed until you choose
<LS>Correct Selected Entries</> (for example from the <LS>Object Llist
Check</> menu).
This allows you to mark more entries before correction before proceeding
with the correction itself.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
