What causes this issue?

To register a delivery request (that is, to generate the respective OCS
package with the Software Delivery Assembler), this must be released.
However, the delivery request &V1& is not yet released.

System Response

The action was terminated.

How to fix this error?

Release the delivery request &V1& (in the Software Delivery Composer,
by choosing <ZH>Delivery Request -> Release</>), before registering the
delivery request &V2& again.
