    <SPRSL>.
    Entries of this type usually come from creating language transports from
    transaction SMLT_EX with the option 'Compressed Filling of Transport
    Requests (Generic)'.
    Since the table E071E does not have a language ID in the key, mixing
    language transports for multiple languages or different object lists can
    cause texts to be deleted unintentionally.
