What causes this issue?

The Support Package level for a Conflict Resolution Transport (CRT) was
increased to &V1&. However, this has no effect if the corresponding
checkbox is not activated (since an increase in Support Package level
is not absolutely necessary when you import CRTs).

This is just a warning. You can check your entries.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you want to increase the Support Package level for
software component &V2& to &V1& for the current CRT. If you do,
activate the corresponding checkbox.
