project ID or a valid name space. You have not specified a project ID.

How to fix this error?

You must specify a project ID (with the corresponding naming
convention) for the following development types:
Add-on development (project ID begins with <LS>I</> or <LS>G</>
followed by the 2-character add-on ID)
Partner development (project ID begins with <LS>J</> followed by the
2-character partner project ID)
Country development (project ID begins with <LS>P</> followed by the
2-character ISO code of the corresponding country)
