What causes this issue?

The delivery &V3& of the type <ZH>&V4&</> already exists for the
software component &V1& with version &V2&. You cannot create an
additional delivery of this type for the same software component with
the same version.

The system prompts you to correct your entries.

How to fix this error?

Check the chosen software component, the chosen delivery type and, if
necessary, the version of the software component &V1&.
If the delivery type, software component, and version are all correct,
use the delivery &V3& that already exists.
