What causes this issue?

The &V1& change request or piece list you want to exclude is already in
the change request &V2& (type &V3&).
Excluding the request or piece list has no effect since the delivery of
&V1& must occur with the delivery request &V2& that is already released
and is therefore not modifiable.

System Response

The action was terminated.

How to fix this error?

The request or piece list &V1& can only be excluded from the delivery by
recreating the delivery request &V2&. You must exclude the request or
piece list before including &V1& in delivery request &V2&.
