A delivery request already exists for delivery component &V2& (in
delivery &V3&) with type &V1&.
The relevant change piece list cannot be modified anymore.

How to fix this error?

After you create the contents of the change request with type &V1& the
first time, you cannot modify the accompanying change piece list.
Instead use a delivery request with type &V1& for this action.
