What causes this issue?

You cannot use the <LS>exclude change request</> function for delivery
requests of the type <ZH>&V1&</>.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

You have two options:
Use a suitable delivery request (for example, of the type <ZH>&V3&</>)
to exclude a change request from the delivery.
Choose <LS>Include Objects</> for delivery request &V2& (type &V1&) to
exclude the objects of a change request from the delivery.
