What causes this issue?

You can no longer assign delivery requests to delivery component &V1&
of &V1& of delivery &V2&, since the delivery component already has the
status <ZH>Released</>, and its corresponding delivery requests have
already been released (and possibly exported).

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Reset the status of delivery component &V1& to <ZH>In process</>. To do
this, choose <ZH>Delivery component -> Reset</> and then repeat the
action.
