This system is a basis development system. No application objects can
be created in this system. The assignment to basis/application is
determined by the package.
Basis objects are always assigned to a package beginning with "S" and
may only be created in a basis development system.
Application objects are assigned to an arbitrary transportable package
that does NOT beginn with "S" and may not be created in a basis
development system.
T package objects are not assigned to basis or application.
