What causes this issue?

An inconsistency was found in the configuration of the Workbench
Organizer. Table TASYS must have an entry
<LB><sid> is delivered by "SAP"</> for each system. This is not the
case in the specified system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create such a delivery entry with <LS>System</>
--> <LS>Utilities</> --> <LS>Table maintenance</> TASYS.
