    Any requests whose targets were not the same as the targets of the
    objects they contain have had their targets changed to those of their
    objects.
    A check was made to see if requests that only contain objects that
    cannot be locked use the standard transport layer. If so, the target
    was changed to the target of the standard transport layer.
