objects they contain have had their targets changed to those of their
objects.
A check was made to see if requests that only contain objects that
cannot be locked use the standard transport layer. If so, the target
was changed to the target of the standard transport layer.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Check for Locks: Ensure that there are no locks on the transport request that could be causing the issue. You can check for locks using transaction SM12.
