    You must change the request target for one of the following reasons:
    The request objects have the common transport target &V3&, however, the
    request target is &V2&. You can only release the request if you change
    the request target to &V3&.
    The request only contains objects that cannot be locked. This means
    that it should use the standard transport layer. Change the target &V2&
    to the standard transport target &V3&.
