What causes this issue?

A fully qualified key was entered. However, only key areas for
name reservations - i.e. generic key descriptions - are possible.

System Response

The system rejects any attempt to enter a fully qualified key.

How to fix this error?

Enter a generic key area.
Enter the beginning of the key and an "*" at the end.
<ZH>Example:</> Y* describes all keys starting with "Y".
