  • What causes this issue?

    When you release a relocation transport, you change the object

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Relocations without package change, change the original system of the
    objects.
    Relocations with package change, change the original system and the
    package of the objects.
    Relocations of complete packages change the original system of the
    objects, and the transport layer of the package.
    These changes are now reset.

    How to fix this error?

    If you still want to relocate the objects (maybe to another target
    system), create a new relocation transport.
