What causes this issue?

Most of the requests that are imported during the upgrade are intended
for the new Repository. They are either imported after the Repository
Switch or during a shadow import. A few requests are still imported
into the old Repository, the upgrade programs in PREPARE and the table
definitions of the central Basis, for example.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
