What causes this issue?

The file with the specified template could not be deleted from the
source directory after it was attached to the file in the target
directory.
The template is:
^ : Start of the line
$ : End of the line
. : Exactly one character
\ : Removes the special meaning from the following character
'\.' for example, corresponds to a period '.'

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
