What causes this issue?

No totals records were generated. There are two possible causes for
this:
Your selection does not contain any positions in the Treasury ledger
No business transactions exist on or before the key date you entered

How to fix this error?

Check your selection criteria for the position, and the key data you
entered.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
